Six-stage order control

Quality is checked at each decision point.

From supplier review to shipment release, each order follows a documented sequence built around the agreed product construction, test scope and packing requirements.

  • Supplier review
  • In-line inspection
  • Category testing
  • Pre-shipment records
The control sequence

Six checks from sourcing to release

Every check is tied to the approved specification. Evidence depends on the product category and the requirements agreed for the order.

  1. 01

    Supplier audit

Production partners are reviewed for capability, documentation and consistency before an order is placed.

Capacity, process controls and relevant supplier documents are checked against the order scope.
  2. 02

    Sample and specification check

Samples are checked against the agreed cable construction, materials and requested performance.

The approved specification becomes the reference for production and inspection.
  3. 03

    Pre-production confirmation

Core construction, jacket marking, reel or carton format and order details are confirmed before the run.

Any order-specific requirement is recorded before production starts.
  4. 04

    In-line inspection

Conductor, gauge, jacket and workmanship are checked while the cable is being produced.

Checks focus on the characteristics agreed for the specific order.
  5. 05

    Category performance testing

LAN products receive Fluke testing when agreed; other product families receive applicable electrical and performance checks.

Test scope varies by product category, construction and buyer specification.
  6. 06

    Pre-shipment quality control

Quantity, labels, packing condition and shipment readiness are checked before release.

Inspection records and shipment photos can be shared for order review.
Testing evidence

The test follows the cable—not a generic promise

Fluke testing is scoped to applicable LAN orders. Other families receive checks selected for their construction, electrical characteristics and order-specific requirements.

LAN cables and patch cords

LAN link performance

Fluke testing can be arranged against the agreed LAN category, channel or permanent-link requirement.

Power, wire, audio, video and composite cable

Electrical and construction checks

Applicable electrical, dimensional and workmanship checks are selected for the product construction and specification.

Order-specific review

Pre-shipment records

Packing, quantity, markings and requested inspection evidence are reviewed before goods are released.
