Our Factory & Warehouse

These photographs show NexBridge's owned cable factory: production equipment, process areas, product staging and packed goods prepared for dispatch.

Manufacturing boundary

The facility supports selected cable constructions. Not every product family or option in our catalog is manufactured on the same line or at this site. The manufacturing source, available construction and capacity are confirmed for each quotation and order.

How the work connects

Production is one part of a controlled export order

The workflow starts with the buyer's requirement. Production, evidence and delivery details are then confirmed against that requirement instead of assumed across the whole catalog.

  1. 01

    Confirm the requirement

We organize the cable construction, quantity, marking, packing and destination details before the production route is confirmed.

  2. 02

    Plan the production route

Applicable items are scheduled in our factory; other constructions are assigned only after the manufacturing source and scope are confirmed for the quotation.

  3. 03

    Define the quality evidence

Inspection points, requested tests and document scope follow the agreed product rather than a universal certificate or test claim.

  4. 04

    Coordinate packing and export

Our export team aligns labels, packing, commercial documents and the selected delivery arrangement before dispatch.

What buyers can verify

Factory visibility, with order-specific scope

Our role is to make the supply route understandable: where applicable products are made, what checks are requested, which documents apply and how finished goods will be packed.

Review our quality-control approach
  • In-house production

The photographed facility contains cable production and process areas used for selected constructions within our supply program.

  • Order-level control

Specifications, inspection scope and packing requirements are tied to the submitted inquiry and confirmed order.

  • Export coordination

One commercial workflow connects production status, quality evidence, packing information and shipping documents.

Document scope

Certificates and test records are product-, supplier- and order-specific. Ask us to confirm the exact issuing entity, model or construction, standard and validity before relying on a document for procurement or customs review.
